Architecture Workshop

Are you regularly confronted with complex architectural issues concerning the approach to a certain transformation your organization is looking to implement? Different solutions exist, but only a few of them will meet the necessary preconditions and will stand the test of time.

To select the right solution from a sea of possibilities and plan its effective implementation, experience is a crucial factor - and something you can only gain by coordinating with your peers.

In this workshop, everyone can practice their architecture skills while consulting with other architects. You will be confronted with a real-life issue for which you, together with your peers, will have to work out a solution. In this way, you’ll be learning from others and teaching each other useful insights for self-improvement.

All participants are expected to think about a possible case beforehand, which may be shortly discussed and used during the workshop.

• Defining the problem in its context
• Interview (exercise) with the parties involved (business, technical)
• Defining the problem’s most important use cases
• Designing an architecture solution (via schematic diagrams)
• Presentation of the solution
