Our Apprenticeship,
your starting point

Starting your first job can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. That is exactly why we created our AE Apprenticeship: to accelerate your transition into professional life and help you build confidence and impact before working with clients.
 

What sets the AE Apprenticeship apart? 

  • An eight-month growth journey with close guidance and personal coaching, designed to help you progress fast
  • A shared start with other Young Graduates in September, so you build strong connections and grow together from day one
  • A two-week kick-off that combines in-depth training with a strong focus on soft skills 
  • A dedicated buddy who helps you find your way, challenges you when needed and is there whenever you need support 
  • Monthly gatherings to reflect, share experiences and learn from one another

Junior Functional/Business Analyst 

You translate and validate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process models. You act as a bridge between the client and the development team, ensuring that business needs are correctly understood and implemented. Along the way, you build broad experience across analysis, stakeholder management and project delivery, gaining a solid foundation for your consulting career.

If you are passionate about data and/or AI and curious about consulting, AE is where you turn knowledge into real-world impact. As a Junior Software Engineer at AE, you support clients throughout the development of software applications and work in close collaboration to design and build tailored solutions. You take part in the full development process, contributing code that matters while learning from experienced engineers and consultants.
