In this session, Lieven Christiaens (ICT Team Leader at Fluxys) and Jo Van Eyck (technical coach at AE) share how they and their product teams have been using the three principles of devops of flow, feedback and continuous learning to improve their daily work.
Together we will take a look at the impact of several initiatives our teams experimented with and we'll provide tips and tricks on getting started in your own team.
