Great Place to Work 2019

We kick off the second newsletter of the year with a testimonial from Geert, Application Architect at AE on how he helped a Belgian bank on the journey towards a relevant, personalized, one-on-one conversation with its clients.

Secondly, we invite you to discover the opportunities of Robotic Process Automation for financial service providers and the challenges they encounter.

In the meantime, we’re getting ready for two major events in May: the AE Hackathon and The Banking Scene. Both offer you the opportunity to experience at first-hand how to successfully innovate and to return home with fresh insights and new ideas. If you haven’t done so, plenty of reasons to book your ticket and join us.

And last but not least, AE can proudly call itself for the ninth time in a row a “Great Place To Work”. This is not just a title but above all allows us to attract the right consultants to deliver better value for you, our customers.

The Banking Scene

Looking forward to The Banking Scene - plenty of reasons to join on May 14th

The banking landscape is changing fast paced. It forces all of us to rethink fundamentally the way we serve and create value for our customers. Organisations can no longer afford to “get all sorted out” before “making the move”.

For the last 20 years it has been AE’s DNA to intelligently combine insights on the financial services sector and its challenges, knowledge on new technologies and a result-driven approach.

That’s exactly why AE will be one of the sponsors of The Banking Scene, an event on Belgian sole that has grown over the past years towards a major event for everyone who wants to stay abreast of the main challenges in banking.

AE is a great place to work

AE is a Great Place to Work for the ninth time in a row!

Since 2011, the people of AE can proudly say they work at a Great Place to Work. On March 19, 2019, this was confirmed once again at the Docks Dome in Brussels: AE became 2nd best workplace and can call itself a Great Place to Work for the ninth time in a row.

“Great to achieve such a fantastic result again,” says our HR Director Luc De Bodt. “However, we see this as the cherry on top. We use the Great Place to Work survey as a tool. In this way we can keep our sights on the future, with a heavy focus on improvement."
